On Tuesday, April 17th, 2017, I interviewed Harris County Baseball seniors Brayton Miller, Cole Manning, Brayden Rogers, and Clay Langley. These seniors are very passionate towards baseball, and are extremely experienced in the sport..
My first question was, “Have you played all 4 years of your high school life? If so what was your favorite thing about playing?”
Brayton Miller replied, “Hitting a homerun my senior year.” Cole Manning stated, “I got to hit some balls.” Brayden Rogers said, “Going to the Berry and UGA baseball camps.” Clay Langley exclaimed, “The best thing was going on nature runs with coach Allen.”
My second question I asked was, “How do you feel about your last home game as a senior?”
Both Cole Manning and Clay Langley Replied, “It might be a little bit sad but overallI’m really excited.” Brayden Rogers and Brayton Miller said, “It’s going to be bittersweet. However, I am excited.”
My third question was, “Over these past 4 years how do you feel you have played overall?”
Brayton Miller and Clay Langley responded, “Pretty well. My senior year has definitely been my best year.” Cole Manning and Brayden Rogers said, “I played pretty good but I think I could’ve done better.”
My last question was, “Are you sad this year/season is almost over?”
Brayton Miller, Cole Manning, and Clay Langley all said they aren’t sad about the season being over, but will remember it forever. However, Brayden Rogers said, “I actually am because I’m not going to be able to play with my friends anymore.”
Make sure you all come out and support the Harris County Baseball Seniors on Tuesday, April 18th, 2017. It will be at HCHS against Shaw at 5:30 PM.
