Valentine’s Day: Raspberry Muffins!

Raspberry Muffins

This recipe is great for Valentine’s Day. It is also very easy and inexpensive to make. You can give these to people as gifts for Valentines’ Day or make them for yourself! To be more creative with this recipe, you can melt some chocolate (of your choice) and drizzle it on the muffins. Be creative!

Materials:picqlkgle

  • 1 ½ cup flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • ½ cup milk
  • 5 tablespoons melted butter
  • ½ cup sugar
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 cup raspberries, fresh or frozen
  • 2 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
  • 1 cup chocolate, melted

{MAKES 10 REGULAR-SIZED MUFFINS OR 20-24 MINI MUFFINS}

Mix milk, butter and eggs.

Add all dry ingredients (flour, baking powder, sugar and salt).

Gently fold in raspberries.

Bake in a greased non-stick muffin pan at 425 degrees for 20-25 degrees.

Let muffins cool for 10-15 minutes.

(Optional) Add chocolate drizzle on top of the muffins.
